I contacted Woodholls having received a letter from them about their new business. I spoke to Grant who was incredibly helpful! This is the first time I am selling a house so not sure what to expect. When Grant came out to value my property he talked me through everything and made me feel completely at ease. He did not use the stereotypical 'pushy estate agent' tactics that you hear about. Unfortunately my personal situation has changed and I won't be selling imminently but when I do, I will without a doubt use Woodholls with 100% confidence.
